Dynamic Text Color Change in WPF

I need a WPF expert to implement dynamic color changes for a specific TextBlocks in my application. The color should change to green when the text is "Product Activated" and to red when it reads "Product Activation Required".

Key Requirements:
- Only one specific TextBlock is to be affected by this functionality, picture attached
