C# Developer – DB Schenker Shipping API Integration for Windows Middleware

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced C# developer to implement a modular connector for DB Schenker's shipping API. The connector will be integrated into our Windows-based middleware application (.NET 9 / WPF). This module must handle label generation, tracking number submission, and shipment status updates.
The solution must be fully functional upon delivery. We do not accept partial milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Build DBSchenkerConnector.cs with methods:
- CreateShipment()
- TrackShipment()
- CancelShipment()
- TestConnection()
- Implement WPF-based configuration GUI (DBSchenkerConfigView.xaml)
- Use DTO-based data exchange (ShippingRequestDto, ShippingResponseDto, TrackingStatusDto)
- Support secure API authentication (token or key)
- No direct DB access – DTO only
Deliverables:
- Backend connector class
- API wrapper class (DBSchenkerApiClient.cs)
- WPF GUI panel for configuration
- Config class (DBSchenkerConfig.cs)
- Setup guide / README.md
Requirements:
- C# with .NET 9 experience
- WPF/MVVM skills
- Experience with shipping/logistics APIs (preferably DB Schenker)
- Modular architecture and SOLID principles
- Fluent in English, able to document code clearly
Timeline: 2–4 weeks
Payment: One milestone, released after final delivery
