Design the interface like an existing application (WPF, .NET 4.8)

Hi All,
I'm using an automated game play app, I'm looking for someone who will rebuild an app (design only). I will write code behind myself.
In this application there are Tabs and inside the Tabs there are buttons that open Popup Windows.
I need you to design these Tabs and Windows Popups similar to this app, as individual Windows.
I will make the dashboard myself. Why design the content of Tabs in the form of Windows? Because the control panel I designed myself will have buttons to push and open windows whose contents are Tabs (I don't want to design a Tab panel). But I still need you to design a simple dashboard where I can click and test the windows you design instead of having to change in app.xaml every time I want to see.
