Build a WPF custom control based on DataGrid where headers are Lists

I am looking for someone with expertise in WPF/C# to develop a new User Control based on DataGrid where the headers of columns are multiline using ListView and the headers values are from a List, using Binding. I also need an example how to use the User Control in a Window. There might be many windows using the User Control at the same time. thank you,
