Add tray icon functionality and change windowstyle of wpf application

.) create standalone wpf net framework 5.0 or net core 3 application on the basis of https://github.com/cefsharp/CefSharp

.) Add tray notification icon instead of closing the application by pressing on (X) (close)

.) Customize windows style title bar to fit example attachment (titlebar_hover.jpg, titlebar_hover1.jpg , titlebar.jpg and endresult.png)

.) When clicking on a link, the link should be opened in the standard browser instead of cfsharp-application

.) full project should be then compileable as self-contained file as described here : https://github.com/cefsharp/CefSharp.MinimalExample#net-core-support
