I'm seeking a capable professional to facilitate and support an online skill development workshop using Webex for my team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the technical aspects of Webex during the workshop
- Ensuring uninterrupted communication flow
- Troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during the workshop
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong competence in using Webex or similar platforms
- Proven experience in tech troubleshooting, particularly with audio/visual issues
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
Your role will be vital in helping the participants build their communication skills and enhance their resilience under pressure.
