Workflow system using no-code platform

I need someone to build a system using their recommended no-code platform which is already established in the marketplace. It will contain of customer info, their product info (only 1 type), email templates, generation of proformas and invoicing (doesn't need to include sophisticated billing features), and reporting on the above.
I am not interested in custom-built development solutions using PHP or any other programming language as I'd like to be able to maintain it myself.
Please suggest your platform of choice, estimated time-to-build and price.
