Workflow Optimization Expert Needed

I'm looking for a Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI professional to help improve and automate many of our company's processes, and teach us how to modify and create our own automations.

We are a manufacturing company with 30 staff and approximately 10 indirect positions. We use an ERP management system that doesn't cover all our processes. We're heavily reliant on Excel spreadsheets and our data is stored using a Windows folder system. We're not looking to change this system just yet, but we do need everything to run more efficiently.
I'm considering a medium to long-term collaboration. Initially, it will be more intensive as we implement the most urgent and necessary changes, but we will need ongoing support, maintenance and deployment of new workflows. We will start with a few processes to test, and then gradually add more tasks.
- Initial Focus: Data Entry and Validation

- Current Tools: ERP System and Excel
Our data entry and validation currently involves our ERP system and Excel spreadsheets.
- Main Challenge: Time-Consuming Tasks
The major challenge we face is that our current data entry and validation processes are time-consuming.
Ideal candidates should have extensive experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI, alongside a strong understanding of manufacturing industry workflows. Skills in ERP systems and Excel are beneficial. Excellent teaching skills are crucial, as we need to learn how to create our own automations.
