n8n Workflow Automation Specialist Needed

n8n Workflow Automation (Phase 1) – GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Slack Integration
Project Overview
We're seeking an experienced automation specialist to build Phase 1 of our internal automation suite using n8n, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and Slack.
The goal is to streamline our internal processes by automating:
Triggering workflows from CRM activity (GoHighLevel)
Parsing structured form data
Creating internal tasks in ClickUp
Sending Slack notifications to the appropriate teams
Triggering follow-up workflows based on CRM status/tags
This project lays the foundation for a broader multi-phase system already in development. You’ll receive detailed documentation for each node and flow logic after selection.
Scope of Work (Abstracted Overview)
You’ll be responsible for configuring several modular n8n workflows that:
Trigger on CRM activity via webhook (GoHighLevel)
Update CRM records using the GHL API (tags, fields, status)
Generate structured tasks in ClickUp (via API or node)
Send internal Slack notifications when actions are completed
Route workflows and trigger follow-up logic based on tags/status
Include fallback logic and structured logging for reliability
The logic is fully documented — your task is to implement the steps using n8n with appropriate API calls and testing.

Webhooks (event-based triggers)
Optional: familiarity with PandaDoc or similar platforms

Milestones: Initial test deployment + final build review

Strong experience in n8n automation
Able to build workflows using webhooks, APIs, conditional logic
Experienced with CRM to PM automation (esp. GoHighLevel and ClickUp)
Slack notification experience (basic formatting, delivery logic)
Clean logic handling and error catching
Comfortable reading API docs and formatting JSON

This is Phase 1 of a larger automation rollout
Freelancers shortlisted for interview will be shown the full implementation brief
Future work includes advanced multi-agent workflows already scoped
We’re aiming for an efficient and ongoing working relationship
