QMS workflow creation

I'm looking for an Enterprise Solutions Architect. We are need to build workflows in our eQMS system which is Zen. We need specific help creating our Intake process and Equipment file History. Specific details can be provided once we connect and speak. Must have familiarity with Zen System and cGMP environment.
