Management Consulting & ClickUp Workflow Design

I'm looking for a freelancer to take on some of my excess work.
I help people systemize their business and set up workflows. Partially it's setting up the ClickUp platform, partially it is understanding their business, what would work for them, and suggesting effective systems, processes and methods of management, that would work well to implement in ClickUp.
If I can find a good fit, this will be an ongoing relationship.
I'm really looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing a team
- Is naturally good at designing process & giving teams structure to work within
- Is an excellent problem solver
- Can help businesses improve their processes and structure - experience in this is preferred
- Has worked with either project management or ERP software before
- Speaks fluent English & is happy to be on Zoom calls with customers
- Knowledge of ClickUp is nice, but I can teach it if not
