We are a reputable marketing and management agency specializing in handling 0nlyFans models. We are in pursuit of a seasoned Workflow Automation Specialist to enhance our operational efficiency by automating various processes using platforms like Integromat or Make, and centralizing communications via Discord. The ideal candidate will develop and implement automated workflows to streamline model and chatter onboarding, content management, social media posting, and team communication.
Responsibilities:
Automate Model Onboarding:
Design and implement an automated workflow from form submission on Typeform to contract signing and initial communications.
Set up notifications in Discord for new submissions and automate subsequent actions for approved models including contract sending via DocuSign and communications setup.
Automate Chatter Onboarding:
Create an automated process for chatters from application on Typeform, role assignment in Discord, training, and approval.
Set up training channels in Discord and automate role updates based on training progress.
Content Management:
Implement a system to track and manage content submissions, approvals, and postings.
Integrate Google Drive for new content uploads with notifications in Discord and automate postings upon approval.
Social Media Posting and Monitoring:
Automate social media posting schedules and track daily postings on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Set up notifications and reminders in Discord regarding social media updates.
Centralize Communications:
Integrate Telegram, WhatsApp, and Notion with Discord for centralized communication.
Set up dedicated channels in Discord for various notifications and communications.
Technical Implementation:
Develop and manage workflows in Integromat or Make to connect various platforms and automate processes.
Utilize Discord webhooks for posting updates and notifications into specific Discord channels.
Engage with APIs and third-party services to facilitate automation.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure all workflows comply with legal and privacy standards, especially when handling personal and sensitive information.
Training and Documentation:
Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to the team and models for smooth operations post-implementation.
Continuous Improvement:
Collect feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the automated workflows.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in workflow automation, preferably with Integromat or Make.
Strong knowledge of Discord setup and management.
Experience with Typeform, Google Drive, social media platforms, and other mentioned tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Attention to detail, particularly in following and improving processes.
Excellent communication skills for training and documentation purposes.
