Email Automation & Workflow System for Talent Agency

I'm looking for a comprehensive workflow system tailored for my talent agency. The primary purpose of this system is to automate our email communication, particularly automated emails for updating tasks.

Key Features:
- Task Tracking: The system should allow for tracking task progress, setting deadlines and reminders, and improving communication between our agency, the talent, and our clients.
- Email Automation: The focal point of the email automation component will be to handle automated emails to Clients, Talent and accountant to update them of jobs status and information.
- Will also need to work with Google drive and Calendars

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing workflow systems, preferably for talent agencies or similar industries.
- Strong background in email automation tools and techniques.
- Excellent understanding of task tracking features and their implementation in a workflow system.
- Good communication skills for understanding and interpreting the needs of a talent agency.

I will be talking to several developers about this project during the bidding phase.
