Create an AI bot for internal use

The request is to create an AI-powered chat bot that can retrieve information from an Excel sheet upon inquiry. Also to consider the following feature, Multiple Data Sources instead of relying solely on an Excel sheet, the chat bot could be designed to retrieve information from multiple data sources, web services. This would allow for a more comprehensive and up-to-date set of information to be accessed by the bot. Also adding the ability to have statistics and the ability to showcase the usage in graphs is a plus.
