Step 1
Front Desk - add new query for document arrive, front desk scan it and start process.
Step 2
Older archivist - delegate newly added query to specialized Archivist.
Step 3
Archivist - query the archive, write answer and scan appropriate document.
Step 4
Older archivist - verify answer and close case.
