school that offers boat licensing courses.

WHAT WE NEED:

1. Lead Capture Workflow
- Receive WhatsApp messages via 360dialog
- AI chatbot responses (Dify integration)
- Auto-create contacts in Kommo CRM
- Intent detection (booking, pricing, support)

2. Booking Flow
- Show available dates from Google Sheets
- Send booking form link
- Confirmation messages (WhatsApp + Email)
- Update CRM pipeline stage

3. Reminder System
- Automated reminders: 3 days, 1 day, same day before lesson
- Scheduled n8n workflow (daily trigger)

4. Post-Lesson Automation
- Trigger when CRM stage changes
- Send course login credentials
- WhatsApp + Email delivery

5. Email Parser
- Parse government exam emails (Gmail)
- Extract exam date/location/result
- Notify student via WhatsApp
- Update CRM status

6. Media Handling
