Help me register my S Corp with the IRS

I am setting up a small business in the US, however as I am an EU citizen I need an American CFO to get the ball rolling. The turnover is not expected to be that large initially, our main business activity will be podcasting, but I would like to be able to exit in a few years and so require everything to be above board from day one.
