Project Title: Workday HCM Implementation Consultant
Description:
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM consultant to assist with the implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) for our growing organization. This project will involve configuring Workday modules, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation. You will work with our internal HR team to ensure the system meets our specific business needs.
Responsibilities:
Workday HCM Configuration: Configure the Workday system according to business requirements, including setup of compensation, benefits, payroll, and talent management modules.
Integration with Third-party Systems: Help with integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems (e.g., payroll systems, performance tracking tools).
Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure that everything functions correctly.
Data Migration: Assist with data migration from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring data integrity.
User Training: Conduct training sessions for HR staff to familiarize them with the new system.
Ongoing Support: Provide post-implementation support for any issues or adjustments that arise.
