Workato - Workday Freelancer/Consultant
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelancer/Consultant who has a solid background in working with Workato and integrating it with Workday. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Workato, and a deep understanding of how it can be leveraged to automate workflows and integrate business processes between different systems.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design, develop, and implement integrations using Workato.
Perform end-to-end integration development, including configuration, testing, and deployment, to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability.
Develop custom integrations using Workato connectors, recipes, and workflows to connect Workday with other applications, databases, and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including data mapping, transformation, and validation errors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and system administrators, to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration across different systems.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on best practices for using Workato to optimize business processes and automate workflows.
Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to clients to help them effectively use Workato for integration purposes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of integration, and proactively identify opportunities for improving integration processes and workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience of 6-8 years in working with Workato, including designing and implementing integrations with Workday.
Strong understanding of integration concepts and technologies, such as APIs, web services, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and ETL.
Hands-on experience with Workato connectors, recipes, and workflows, and proficiency in designing complex integrations using Workato's visual interface.
Solid understanding of Workday's data model, business processes, and integration framework.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Workday certification(s) will be a plus.
