wordpress website mobile compatability

I'm having issues with a website done in wordpress and beaver builder software. Basically on the desktop all looks fine and also on android devices it looks fine. However no apple phones, the sliding pictures on the home page are getting cut off in both safari and chrome browsers.,

If you know how to fix this issue, I need you to guide me on fixing this issue using anydesk or ultraviewer.net type software. I cannot give anyone access to the website or control panel.

All details of the issue will be discussed on chat messenger.
