wordpress theme Convert to Laravel and next js and API to Flutter app

I have a project in which I would like to convert an existing WordPress theme into Laravel, Next.JS, and an API to be used in a Flutter application. In addition, I need some additional features in the Flutter app. I do have some existing APIs or endpoints available, as well as mockups and designs for the app. For this project, I would like to hire an experienced developer with a deep understanding of Laravel, Next JS, Flutter, and APIs. The successful candidate should have a good working knowledge of web development, as well as strong communication and time management skills. The candidate should be able to work quickly and efficiently, and should be able to meet the agreed deadlines.
