My wordpress site is down and I have forgotten user name and need to get it back up

I am in need of a freelancer to help me with my WordPress site that is currently down. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my username and am unable to access the admin panel. Here are the details of the project:

Hosting Platform and Domain Registrar:
- I remember only one of them, but not both.
