wordpress site down and cpanel working

Hello! I have a pressing issue with my website that I need to address right away. Recently, my website has gone down and I need help to get it running again. I've been able to gain access to my cPanel, but the databases won't connect.
I've already tried restarting the server to see if that would work and it did not resolve the issue. I do have a backup of the website files and other data, however, so I'm hoping that this can be helpful in restoring my website.
