wordpress plugin to modify existing report (limit results by date)

We use the plugin hbook my maestrel...
it has an existing report.
but it retrieves too much data so it often times out with a 504 error. so our goal is to fix the 504 time-out by reducing the amount of data it retrieves. (or perhaps nother method if you have a better recommendation)
I have attached the page (and resources) that is the one we want to replicate as a new separate plugin and modify it to show records that match this date range: (CHECK IN date matches this filter)
FILTER: include idems that match today's date minus 3 days, THROUGH today's date plus 14 days. (it will return 17 days of data by default. we also need the ability to change the date filter to different days.
Please tell me when you can start, and when you can finish this.
Payment will be made after we install it on our server and it is working properly, and is verified not to have any malware. you will not have access to our server. I will provide any additional plugin files you need after you review the source.
NOTE: we will have a third party analyze your code for malware/backdoors etc and it must be free of such nefarious code.
