wordpress plugin issue

there is currently a plugin that doesn't work for my woocommerce, the plugin is called XL WooCommerce Sales Triggers. I would like to display the guarantee trigger to show in all my single product items in my woocommerce.
the display i would like is show in the picture below and what it currently looks like in the 2nd picture.
