wordpress plugin (bulk poster)

i want to build a WordPress plugin with this ability, I'll give it a list of keywords (say 500 keywords) and it should:
- insert the keyword in ready-made post template in different places in the post
- make (say 500 posts for 500 keywords provided) and post them
- adjust metadata (title, description, and all Yoast plugin data) of the post
