wordpress fix needed. Cant upload any media. issue with storage

Hi there,
for my wordpress ecommerce website i cant add any media today. It shows "failed to save to disk" when I delete any image i can upload new one. so it might be an error with storage. I have checked cpanel it shows storage is full. I did not use much storage since my images are optmize already. I need someone to find what consumes our storage and fix this . Please find the attachment
