wordpress editor pages with different header and footer

I have replicate my blog italian page http://startupswallet.com/news and now i have also french page https://startupswallet.com/news/fr but those 2 pages need to have different header and footer (each one need to have his own category and tags).
The goal of this task is to do it by screenshare because i need to understand how to manage it by my own
