wordpress cleanup and changes to taxonomy and images

Hello, I'm in need of help cleaning up ie removing inactive pages and making changes to my WordPress site. The version of WordPress I'm using is 5.0+ but I am unsure if any additional plugins need to be installed. Additionally, I do require assistance with cleaning the taxonomy setup as some are no longer relevant.
