wordpress API issue - help me fix get_users() or something

I recently changed hosting server for my wordpress site and since then I am getting one of my 4 APIs failing,. I have made a video which I can show to explain a problem. I have entire day when my developer is sleeping so I thought I pay $15 or so and get someone to help me fix. If you fix without needing me system administrator, I pa-y otherwise, I will need to wait and your 1-2 hours will be wasted.
