wordpres wpcli expert required

we require an expert on bash scripting to manage wordpress plugins

we will share you a set of 50-80 plugins to manage them scripted.
Means install the plugins from command line on linux based OSes (mostly debian 10+, ubuntu 20.04+, rhel or sles)

- install new plugins (download from plugin page not required plugin files will be in the folder of the script)
- update specific plugins
- with provided plugin file
- with wordpress update feature
- enable plugin
- disable plugin
- uninstall plugin

bash functions expected (please clarify):
- installFile(pluginFile)
- installWordpressUpdateSite(pluginReference)
- disable(pluginReference)
- disable(pluginFile) # this fetches the reference from plugin file
- enable(pluginReference)
- enable(pluginFile) # this fetches the reference from plugin file
- updateFile(pluginFile)
- updateWordpressUpdateSite(pluginReference)
- uninstallFile(pluginFile)
- uninstallWordpressUpdateSite(pluginReference)

Outlook
long term we want to manage them via ansible. This taks is to understand wordpress command line better and to have a good tempalte for ansible later.
So we will finish all plugins via bash and afterwards move forward with ansible

Test task:
you may have no reviews o this topic, in this case create a sample by:
- installing wpforms
- installing any arbitrary wpforms addon
- enabling it
- uninstalling it
of course via file and via bash
you do not require to share us the bash script(s) during test, but it will be required to demo the execution with the outcome on a wordpress instance in a video call.
