woocommerce products not adding to cart. we are using a shoptimzer theme

I am looking for a skilled developer who can help me resolve an issue with my WooCommerce store. Currently, products are not being added to the cart on my website, which is built using a Shoptimzer theme.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- I have already updated the theme and WooCommerce to the latest versions.
Error Messages:
- There are no error messages displayed when trying to add a product to the cart. The "Add to cart button" just hangs, if you refresh the page, the items then appear in the cart.
Recent Changes:
- I have not made any recent changes to the website or added any new plugins.
