We run a Christmas Hamper website where customers place their order with us and then pay for the order over say 20 weeks before they receive the hampers for Christmas.
What we would like is for the customers to be able to edit the order when its in an Ordered and Processed status (or any status we choose).
We have different user groups on the website, one of those pays via direct debit which we have a plug in that has been developed to calculate the customers direct debit and change the amount they have to pay each time, the other user roles are on a pay later option. We can only find plugins that allow you to edit orders that are in On Hold or Processing status, we would like a plugin that allows the customers to edit the order in what ever status we choose.
