woocommerce css and design fix

we are looking for a freelancer that is specialized in css and design fix. We would like to make our woocommerce store mobile friendly and fix some design errors. we are looking only for experienced people in CSS for woocommerce with a track record and who can change this directly in template without extra plugins.
