website and email account trasfer from 1 hosting to another

hi i have a website that is wordpress i have the access i require someone to simply transfer the site from 1 hosting to another change the dns records and then also set up the email accounts in the new hosting , add the email signatures must be also trasfered over .
I need someone asap and i need this done by tomorrow
