website editing with MP Stacks

I have a website built a couple of years ago on word press. now I'm trying to edit the content but i don't find a way to edit the MP Stacks. I believe it needs to be updated but i would need help on managing better that content that is already created but i need to edit it (add new projects for example).

Let me know how would you be able to help i don't need a new site i want to fresh the one existing. I need to tell you what needs to be done and you could help me doing it.

ps: i add an image on the page that I'm stuck where i cannot find a way to edit the existing MP stacks created.
