1. About Polishco
Polishco is a specialist marble polishing and restoration service operating under Patriot Building Contracting in the UAE. We serve commercial clients including hotels, office buildings, retail spaces, and property developers across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman.

The website must reflect the Polishco brand identity: premium, modern minimal, and authoritative. Think luxury UAE property developer — refined, confident, and photo-driven.

2. Brand Identity (Mandatory)
All design decisions MUST follow the Polishco brand guidelines exactly. The full brand guidelines PDF is included with this brief. Key specifications:

• "Restore. Refine. Reveal." — use as the official tagline throughout the site
• "A Patriot Building Contracting Service" — include in footer and formal pages

The following 7 pages are required. Design reference HTML/CSS is provided for each page from the Google Stitch export.

Do NOT use Divi, Avada, or other heavy premium themes. We need clean, fast code.

• SEO meta titles and descriptions installed (provided separately)
• XML sitemap generated via Yoast
• Google Analytics 4 tracking code installed
• Google Search Console connected and sitemap submitted

5. Assets Provided to Developer
The following assets are ready and will be shared with the hired developer immediately:

6. Photography Guidance
Polishco is a visual brand — photography is critical. The developer must source high-quality marble photography for the site. We do not have proprietary photos yet.

Recommended Free Sources
• Unsplash.com — search: marble, marble floor, marble polishing, luxury interior
• Pexels.com — search: marble texture, stone floor, luxury lobby
• Freepik.com — marble surface, stone restoration

Photo Style Requirements
• High resolution (minimum 1920px wide for hero images)
• Professional quality — no stock photo clichés or low-quality images
• Mix of: macro marble texture, wide lobby shots, polishing in action, before/after
• Warm, premium lighting — no harsh flash or cold blue tones
• All images must be compressed to WebP before uploading to WordPress

7. Deliverables & Handover
The following must be delivered upon project completion:

• Fully built and live WordPress website on staging URL for review
• All 7 pages completed to design specs
• WordPress admin login credentials (username + password)
• FTP / hosting panel access details
• All plugins installed, configured, and licensed
• Google Analytics 4 connected
• XML sitemap submitted to Google Search Console
• Brief video walkthrough (5–10 min) showing how to edit text and images
• 30 days of post-launch bug fixes included

8. Budget & Timeline

Total budget range $150 – $400 USD
Preferred timeline 5 – 10 business days
Milestone 1 (50%) Homepage + navigation completed

Fiverr / Upwork: Please share your portfolio of WordPress sites built from HTML designs. Preference given to developers with UAE or GCC project experience.

9. Interview Questions for Shortlisting
Ask these questions before hiring to filter out poor candidates:

• Q1 Can you share 2–3 examples of WordPress sites you built from an HTML/CSS design file?
• Q2 What WordPress theme or page builder do you recommend for this project and why?
• Q3 How do you ensure a WordPress site scores 85+ on Google PageSpeed?
• Q4 Have you worked with Google Fonts (Cormorant Garamond and DM Sans) before?
• Q5 Can you confirm you can deliver in 10 business days or less?
• Q6 Do you include mobile responsiveness testing in your standard process?
• Q7 How do you handle image optimization for a photo-heavy website?

RED FLAG: If a developer cannot answer Q1 with real examples, or claims they can deliver in 1–2 days for this scope, move on.
