webmaster profecient in wordpress and woocommerce who can make edits and new pages to website

We are looking for a web developer who is proficient in Wordpress, Woocommerce, HTML, CSS, PHP. We have just transferred our website into WordPress and have a new host. We need to be able to edit existing pages and create new ones so a Tutorial in Wordpress will be necessary. We need to have our site Search engine optimized. Site needs to be secure, private and fast using Cloudfare (www.cloudfare.com). We need to understand our hosting mechanism with Hetzner, (www.hetzner.com). Also, we need to understand Vesta CP, (www.vestacp.com) an open source hosting control panel. Our current web developer and host has set up all these things for our website. However, we need to find another Web developer who is more readily available and can handle our request for changes to our website in a timely manner.
