web developer test multiple answers

Hi, I wish to modify an online test (for which I have the html version) in order to work properly and function based on certain criteria - certain number of questions on page, email to be sent to the person taking the test and to me. You'll upload a wordpres website to my domain and put the test on the website. The test has 150 questions and I have all html code. You might need to addapt my questions to a different programming language. Please tell me what qualifies you to obtain this project.
