I want some one to edit my payment plugin of wordpress

I have a website and there is a problem with payment Plugin..
I've already work with turkish payment gate way (iyizico) which give me an wordpress plugin but only in turkish language..
i want it in arabic and english languages
when my profession made it in arabic an inversion in writing card number occured !
and that's bother my clients..

i want some one have ability to edit the payment plugin in the link below
