I want to develop very beautiful website. Wordpress/Angular

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a business website that mainly shows information related to software training and register option for those with payment.

The idea is it should have sections for intro video, reviews etc...

I am looking to develop that in Angular, but for SEO reasons i am considering to develop in Wordpress.
