voice commens

We have a wordpress website in that we need customers voice recorder section, where people come and post their voice messages. The admin has to approve it and reply with a voice message to the customer. Totally its more like a patient counselling website. I need admin option of auto deleting the old voice messages from the server, also need a customer registration form like his name, email, phone when he send a voice message.
