translating the original content of a wordpress theme -- 2

hi, i'm trying to translate a wordpress theme. the theme is using .po files. and using loco translate plugin to manage the files and translations.
the issue i am having is that in the wordpress setup i choose turkish as the default language.
and the theme default language is english.
i am now getting issues and unable to translate some text massages i need help.
please note that only people with relevant experience will be accepted for this job.
