transfer sites from A hosting to B hosting

i have WHM hosting in once hosting service.
i want to move all to anoter new hosting i have.
have some sites there - about 30-40
a lot of them is wordpress.
need to move them after clean them from virus if have - fix and move.
time - 2 weeks is ok.
