sms to wordpress/woocommerce Open

I have a stick with mobile card on Linux, a gateway (SMS Server Tools 3), i can send sms's from linux command and is working. Now I want to make/install an API or use the one working on this linux and adapt woocommerce which is on another server (with a plugin i suppose) to send sms with order variables through it.
