small design adjustment for my wordpress site main menu
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
1. when page is first loaded, the menu bar looks high for a second and than it shrinks to the right height, there is probably some code overlap, needs to be fixed
2. elements on desktop menu are not in-line and some of them are a bit down, all should be the same line
3. on mobile menu, logo, menu and cart button are not aligned perfectly in the middle of the line
4. on mobile menu, when opening menu, text should be RTL not LTR as it is a hebrew website
