set up meta business

I need a web developer, SMM expert, etc, that can help me to set up both facebook ads (meta business) and google ads for a new e-commerce with woocommerce. This includes connect the WEBSITE shop to instagram and facebook, set up the dashboard for starting to create campaigns in future and set up meta so two people have completly manage of all the features.
