set up facebook for woocommerce plug in

I moved from shopify to woo commerce, I tried setting up the facebook plug in but it wont let me, saying my account is based in a country where facebook shop and instagram shop are not available, although it was working fine for years through facebook shopify app.

I need someone who knows why is this issue happening to do this or guide me through this please
