remove virus from my wordpress website

hi, as the title suggests I would need to clean my wordpress site that was attacked .. after restoring a backup the site is back to work but doing an antivirus scan still shows backdoors, and what's more my site is recognized by facebook and instagram as spam and if I search for it on google some Japanese writings come out
