plugin installation & configuring -- 2

i have a website that i need help installing and configuring properly! this is a time sensitive matter as i have already had one freelancer waste of a week of my time only to not deliver!
my site is a aqua cycle water trike rental site! i ill also rent out life jackets
what i need is someone who can install and configure the features to run properly
the trikes will be rented out on an hourly basis the life jackets will be mandatory addons in which the customers will have to specify the quantity needed and size there will be an additional fee per life jacket
the inventory quantity is 14 aqua cycle water trikes i will need the inventory number to fluctuate as they are being booked i also need to be able to see this on the backend as i will also be taking on site rental bookings
i will also offer package deals that will offer 2 and/or 3 bike rental deals as well as extended hours
i want to be able to take all methods of payments
i will need all of this implemented in my website!
